Responsibilities: • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and living meaningful, self-directed lives • Lead engaging activities that foster independent living skills, healthy habits, and community participation • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity, choice, and respect • Accompany individuals to volunteer sites, recreational outings, and community activities • Complete documentation and progress notes accurately and on time • Collaborate with team members, families, and supervisors to provide quality support Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred • Valid NY or NJ driver's license with the ability to drive a 15-passenger van strongly preferred • Strong communication and basic computer skills Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance.
