You’ll: • Provide direct care based on each resident’s individual needs and plan of care. • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care. • Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team. • Support resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. • Document the care you provide. • Work alongside nurses and other team members to provide consistent, resident-centered care.
