Position: Business Banking Representative Location: Bottineau, North Dakota Key Responsibilities: • Initiate and process commercial loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies • Assist in portfolio management – process loan advances, paydowns, payment issues, wires and other servicing needs • Act as a point of contact for business clients, ensuring timely resolution of account related needs and delivering exceptional customer service. • Meet with business customers to open accounts, close loans, complete profiling information, clear documentation exceptions, and obtain additional information • Support your assigned business bankers to meet required deadlines for service expectations and Starion standards Qualifications: • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
