As a Tour Ambassador, you'll lead daily walking tours and promote the Stockyards experience while immersing visitors from all over the world in the rich history of the Wild West. Plus, you'll be an integral part of the Stockyards tradition, announcing the highly anticipated 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Cattle Drives each day. Join our team as a Tour Ambassador and help visitors make unforgettable memories in the Stockyards. Guest Experience  Demonstrates exceptional service contributing to an environment of genuine customer engagement  Enhances every customer’s experience through organic interaction and communication  Acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic  Promotes attractions and events in the Stockyards through staying current on Stockyards calendar through partnership with leaders and posted communication  Actively shares knowledge with visitors demonstrating awareness of current events, activations and general information Operations  Partners with leaders and team to achieve goals  Upholds all Company policy and procedures.  Provide accurate and appropriate historical information on daily walking tours  Announces the 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Cattle Drives to the public Must Haves:  Strong communication and interpersonal customer service skills required.  A deep love for the western lifestyle with a modern twist in the most beloved area of Fort Worth  Background in history  Knowledge of the Fort Worth Stockyards  Flexible schedule  Second language is a plus
