HOPEWELL STAFFING is sourcing candidates for PSYCHIATRIC NURSING ASSISTANT in the VERNON, TX area. See specifics below. Pay Rate: $18 per hour Schedule: • 6:45am - 3:15pm or 2:45p-11:15p or 11pm - 7a (Sunday - Saturday) • Able to start any day during the week (M-F), given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements. • Minimum of 2-3 weeks of on unit mentorship. Candidate must be available for 9 consecutive days of training, M-F, 8-5 before resume is sent (this is non-negotiable) We welcome all applicant profiles with the following requirements: • High School education or equivalent • Willing to work with individuals with mental illness, mental retardation, chemical dependency, social and/or physical disorders who are inpatient in their habilitation or rehabilitation efforts in the Mental health Units. • Will focus on therapeutic groups and activities. • Psych experience is preferred, but not required • Experience in direct patient care work preferred.
