About the Role: The Hopewell Group is seeking a Bilingual Laundry Mat Attendant in the NORTH HOUSTON area. The Bilingual Laundry Mat Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and customer satisfaction within a busy laundry facility. This position requires assisting customers with machine usage and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The attendant will serve as the primary point of contact for patrons, providing clear communication and support in both English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse clientele. Additionally, the role involves handling payments and restocking supplies to ensure continuous service. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, providing clear instructions on machine operation and facility policies. • Operate, monitor, and maintain washers and dryers to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness. • Handle customer payments accurately, including cash and electronic transactions, and provide receipts as needed. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry mat, including folding areas, vending machines, and restrooms. • Restock laundry supplies such as detergent, fabric softener, and change machines to ensure availability. • Enforce safety and security protocols to protect customers and equipment. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
