The Café Manager will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the overall success of the café. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead café staff to deliver a positive customer experience • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures • Train and schedule staff effectively • Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally • Monitor sales and expenses, and help optimize profitability • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café • Support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions Qualifications: • Proven experience as a café manager or in a supervisory hospitality role • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Basic financial and inventory management knowledge • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: • Barista skills or experience in food and beverage service • Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools
