We are seeking a detail-oriented Maximo MAS Migration Project Administrator with a Top Secret Clearance to collaborate with our supply chain team. In this pivotal role, the Project Administrator will lead the migration of the Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Maximo application from an on-premise implementation to the AWS SC2S cloud. This includes active involvement in project management, technical documentation, and the preparation of deliverables, along with presenting key insights to client management teams. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the supply chain team to seamlessly migrate the Maximo application to AWS SC2S cloud. • Engage in project management activities, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. • Exhibit proficiency in technical writing, producing comprehensive documentation for various project phases. • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to client management teams. Required Skills and Experience: • Top Secret Clearance. • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation mediums. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience collaborating with development teams. • Familiarity with Supply Chain or asset management systems. • Bachelor’s degree. • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Nice to Have Skills: • Previous experience working with development teams in an agile environment. • Certification in SAFe, ICAgile, or Scrum Alliance agile roles.
