The Scope of Work • Prospecting and lead generation through in person meetings, phone calls, online, and open houses • Showing properties and working with tenants, owners and buyers • Marketing properties and working with tenants, owners and sellers • Working closely with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers to lead the sales transaction • Negotiating contracts and handling client issues • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Follow-up with leads to increase sales The Ideal Candidate • Has an active real estate license or in the process of getting. • Knowledgeable about investing in real estate • Has a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit. • Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism. • Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Proficient problem solving and analytical skills. • Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve. • You make continuous learning a priority. • You show up every day ready to be the best version of you and contribute to the team! • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
