Canyon Home Care & Hospice is currently hiring a full-time admit/support nurse for hospice. Come join our team of caring professionals! Work schedule would include Monday thru Friday, 10a-6p, helping with admissions for new patients and support visits for case managers. Travel only in Salt Lake County, reimbursement for mileage.
