Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Family Practice Clinic - CIVILIAN OPPORTUNITY GiaCare is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support the McClellan Air Force Satellite Clinic McClellan, CA. About the Opportunity This position offers experienced Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse the opportunity to provide comprehensive services to members of the military community in a collaborative outpatient environment. The LPN/ LVN will coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, community, and telephonic settings while supporting continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
