What you’ll do: • Teach Studio Classes: Teach weekly art classes from 3pm to 7pm during the week and during the day on Saturdays for a variety of ages (K-12) • Ensure Student Success: Ensure student success in the studio by actively engaging with students and teachers to observe, document and communicate their progress and opportunities for growth • Provide Hospitality Service & Communication: Conduct proactive check-ins with parents, students and families, support makeup scheduling, discuss student progress and opportunities for growth, upsells to additional classes / camps. • Implement One River Methodology Curriculum: Review lesson plans/resources on time and implement the One River Method through each class effectively and contribute to lesson plan development regularly • Run a best-in-class studio: Maintain the art studio.
