Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift. • Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures. • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and nursing performance. • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. • Serve as a resource for nursing staff and address any clinical or patient care concerns.
