The ER nurse collaborates closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Minimum Qualifications: • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. • Associate Degree of Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent nursing education. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
