Benefits • Bi-weekly pay • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid Holidays Job Responsibilities • Develop positive relationships with co-workers’ drivers and customers • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Assist with inbound customer and driver calls • Enter customer orders accurately and timely into dispatch system • Review orders for accuracy • Manage time efficiently and work effectively with all members of the dispatch team • Communicate information to supervisors and/or customers via messaging, telephone, and internal dispatching system • Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day • Customer Service follow-up as needed • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team Qualifications • Commitment to exceeding expectations • Beginner to intermediate skill set of Microsoft Office • Experience working Command Alkon • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to manage priorities and workflow • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams with strong interpersonal skills • Always ask the right questions • Pre-employment drug test required
