Job Description SumnerOne is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team in our Oklahoma City office. This role is responsible for driving revenue and gross margin performance through strategic leadership and hands-on coaching. In this role, you’ll spend your time developing talent, strengthening pipeline health, supporting deal strategy, and ensuring your team consistently delivers print and technology solutions that create measurable impact for our clients. Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers across assigned branches and territories • Drive team performance to meet and exceed revenue and gross margin targets • Conduct regular ride-alongs and structured coaching sessions to reinforce consultative selling and accountability • Develop and execute territory strategy to support both net-new business growth and account expansion • Maintain full visibility into pipeline activity, enforce CRM discipline, and deliver accurate forecasting • Support pricing strategy and margin alignment within established company guidelines • Partner cross-functionally with service, operations, and executive leadership to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction • Address escalations and remove obstacles that impact team productivity • Build a culture of urgency, ownership, collaboration, and performance • Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and evolving customer needs Qualifications • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within office technology, managed print, IT services, or related industries • 2+ years of sales leadership experience with direct responsibility for team revenue and gross profit performance • Demonstrated success developing sales professionals at varying experience levels • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets • Experience managing structured KPIs including pipeline, forecasting, and activity accountability • CRM experience and strong operational discipline • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership presence, decision-making ability, and accountability • Ability to travel within assigned territories for client meetings and field coaching Why Sales Leadership at SumnerOne? • Work Hard, Lead Strong: Build a team, drive measurable results, and create meaningful impact within your territory • Career Growth: We invest in leaders and provide opportunities for advancement and professional development • Competitive Rewards: Competitive base salary with team-based override structure, car and phone allowances, incentive trips, Presidents Club eligibility, PTO, and paid holidays • Future-Ready Benefits: 401(k) with match and profit-sharing opportunities Additional Information • Job Type: Full-time (M-F, eligible for a hybrid schedule after 90 days of employment) • Location: Oklahoma City, OK.
