Experience in the pest control industry is required, as is a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. Knowledge of industry specific local, state and federal regulations is a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Oversee all operations of the local office including hiring and training of personnel, organizing and planning work schedules, budgeting, and fleet management. • Review and analyze P&L statements and adjust business requirements accordingly. • Actively participate in customer visits to encourage and support sales and to assess how well customer needs are being met.
