•
Master and adhere to the operator’s established Standard Operating Procedures.

•
Tackle geological side projects, special studies, and operational initiatives during non-drilling intervals.
•
Integrate geological interpretation into drilling decisions, proactively recommending adjustments to improve performance.
•
Uphold rigorous QA/QC standards for all geosteering and geological analyses.
•
Use cross sections to anticipate casing points, coring intervals, and landing point changes.
•
Stay agile in responding to shifting priorities and operational demands.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, or related field.
•
Prior experience in geosteering or operations geology preferred.
•
Strong grasp of drilling operations and the integration of geological interpretations with drilling dynamics.
•

•
Proficiency with geosteering software and geological databases; quick learner with new tools.
•
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
•
Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to relocate or commute to Spring, TX.
Work Environment & Schedule
•
On-site at a major operator’s corporate campus in Spring, TX.
•
Rotational schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, alternating between day and night shifts.
