Most visits focus on assisting with bathing, toileting, and other personal care needs, while some may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. Key Responsibilities • Assist clients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal care • Provide compassionate one-on-one care in clients' homes • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship as needed • Complete required documentation and communicate with the care team What We're Looking For • Compassionate and dependable • Comfortable providing hands-on personal care • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications • Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, or personal care experience preferred IND-IA To The Rescue is an equal opportunity employer.
