Pathlink is seeking a full-time Medical Director to supervise the Department of Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Services located in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Beautiful and safe location. PA support on site to perform grossing laboratory front office support. Practice Overview: • General Surgical Pathology Practice • Participation in Tumor Board and On-Call coverage • No autopsies • 20-25 Cases per day approximately Requirements: • MD./D.O. with Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology • Ohio Medical License • Experience in hematopathology a plus • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Director • Excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written • Critical and strategic thinking • Experience in medical staff functions, working knowledge of hospital operations, quality improvement and strategic planning • The ability and desire to interact with medical center physicians, hospital administration and laboratory staff Compensation: • Excellent Salary • Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision • Retirement Plan • Paid Malpractice • Paid Time Off • CME Reimbursement • Moving Expenses Reimbursement Hours: Monday to Friday 8a-4p.
