Position Overview: Leads and motivates team quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed within a manufacturing production line environment. Arranges daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production and timely delivery. Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Gives direction and improvement recommendations for manufacturing processes. · Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards. · Assists with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance as needed. · Projects staffing for daily and future production needs. · Monitors machinery, processes and work layouts to recommend improvements. · May conduct safety and training programs for the production line. · Mentors subordinate staff and facilitates problem solving. Requirements/ Qualifications: 3+ years of Manufacturing experience and People Leadership Strong leadership capability and experience Strong manufacturing knowledge Results driven and quality focused Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving capacity High School Graduate or equivalent. Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Production/Manufacturing environment. Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time.
