Job Description Hand packs corn tortillas. Verifies bags to make sure proper packaging is being used. Disposes of contaminated or rework tortillas in appropriate containers, kept close by. Monitors stacker mirror at all times to watch for tortilla jams. Performs visual inspection of product ensuring quality is acceptable and product is free of foreign materials or contamination. Keeps work area clean. Follows direction from Leads and Supervisors Follows Company and Safety policies Must work various shifts and hours including holidays and weekends.
