Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic Based - Oklahoma City & Moore, Oklahoma Our client, an established ABA organization, is looking for a BCBA who enjoys being part of a collaborative, hands-on clinic environment. This organization is growing and is looking to add additional BCBAs to their team to provide individualized ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their team partners closely with families to design comprehensive, meaningful treatment programs that build independence and improve quality of life. This role goes beyond writing programs. It is about supporting clients, guiding RBTs, and building strong relationships with families to ensure consistent, high-quality care. This role is clinic-based. You will be onsite in the either the Oklahoma City, OK center or Moore, OK center, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: • Connect with RBTs and families before services begin to prepare for client success. • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each clients needs. • Conduct assessments and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote meaningful progress. • Provide consistent supervision and hands-on support to RBTs • Communicate regularly with parents and team members to ensure continuity of care • Ensure accurate documentation and support a collaborative clinic environment Requirements: • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification  • Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges • Strong clinical decision-making and data analysis skills • Ability to manage caseload while maintaining quality care • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK or Moore, OK.
