JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Porter Department:Internal Maintenance It’s great to meet you! Thanks for taking the time to learn more about the next generation of Station Casinos, a brand stemming from Frank Fertitta, Jr.’s inclusive spirit, forward-looking vision, and dedication to excellence. Durango exists to give locals a place to go—a destination for people to feel welcome and at home, and we need some people to help make this a reality. Interested? Then see why this role is important to us. This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango. If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: • Maintaining cleanliness of casino and public areas. • Operating tools and equipment as trained; clean and polish machines from base to top. • Cleaning biohazard spills and clean up contaminated areas generally. Picking up and removing trash and broken glass. What we can’t train is what’s inside of you. Our values are essential to us, and we need them to be important to you, too. We look for people who are naturally kind, inclusive, forward-thinking, reliable, passionate, and self-aware. THESE ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. So far, so good, but just a few more things. In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with: • Previous public-area or housekeeping cleaning experience preferred. • Ability to push, pull, transport and maneuver item weighing up to 50 lbs. • Must be at least 21 years of age. So, what do you think? Is this you? Then what are you waiting for? Go ahead and fill out the application form. And if not, no problem. We still think you’re great and hope to catch up soon! #LI-DNI
