Team Leader – Papillion Foods (Hormel Foods) Location: Omaha, Nebraska Facility: Papillion Foods (535,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art plant) Papillion Foods produces premium salami and dry sausage products under the Columbus® Craft Meats brand, along with iconic Hormel® products such as Hormel Pepperoni and Black Label Bacon. This modern facility features advanced sustainability initiatives, including automated guided vehicles, ergonomic lifting systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support team members in daily plant operations • Drive production and quality performance goals • Ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment availability • Support continuous improvement in: • Safety • Quality • Cost • Customer service • Foster an engaged, team-oriented work environment • Spend ~80% of time on the production floor • ***** SHIFT IS CURRENTLY PENDING***** QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD BE OPEN TO 1ST OR 2ND SHIFT.
