You’ll need to combine business and technical analysis with soft skills to adapt and deliver value during the duration of the internship. About the Summer Internship Program The Summer Internship Program is a 10-week experience designed to build a strong foundation for early-career talent. The program includes orientation, training, manager engagement, feedback milestones, networking, and development experiences that help students explore potential full-time career paths, including EDGE where applicable. What you will do Role Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver value to clients and stakeholders. • Participate in research, analysis, and project work to drive improvements and inform decision-making. • Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of business strategies, products, or data solutions. • Contribute to the planning, execution, and documentation of projects and initiatives. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and sharing insights. • Engage in ongoing learning, professional development, and opportunities for personal growth. What will help you succeed Required • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, liberal arts or a related field. • Expected graduation date: Spring 2028 • Minimum GPA: 3.2 • Authorization to work permanently in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Preferred • Prior work experience or internship in a corporate environment • Interest in financial services, technology, operations, risk, data, business, or the specific business area. The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
