Be our next Senior Electrical Designer/Engineer (Buildings) Your work environment at EXP Join EXP’s Electrical team and work on exciting Hospitality, Entertainment, and Healthcare projects across Florida (Maitland, Tampa, or South Florida). What a day at EXP has in store for you • Lead electrical Revit design efforts from concept through construction • Mentor junior team members and help elevate team performance • Partner with project managers to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors in meetings and on-site • Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals to ensure quality and accuracy • Solve complex design challenges and contribute innovative ideas • Present technical solutions and build strong client relationships What your experience looks like • 7+ years of electrical design experience in building systems • Engineering Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree) • Revit MEP proficiency • PE license (preferred) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills #LI-JH1 In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees, including health insurance, vacation time, and 401(k) retirement benefits.
