Your job : The HR Manager manages all human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and labor relations. He/She contributes to the alignment of HR strategy with corporate objectives, while ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being. Your main tasks: • Oversee the recruitment, integration and development of talent. • Implement performance management and training plans. • Manage compensation, benefits and salary policy. • Ensure effective communication between employees and management. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
