Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday with start times between 7:45 AM - 9:00 AM and end times between 4:15 PM - 5:30 PM. No weekends or holidays at this time. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Phlebotomist Lead to: • Collect blood specimens using a variety of techniques from patients of all ages in an inpatient and outpatient setting. • Work with other teams of healthcare professionals to provide a positive experience to all patients, families and visitors. • Provide daily support to other laboratory staff with regard to laboratory policies and procedures. • Onboarding and training new employees and students.
