Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8a-5p; scheduled hours may very within this timeframe; one day until 6p, Fridays off at 4p. You will work at UW Health N. Required • At least two years experience in individual and/or group casework. Preferred Licenses & Certifications • LCSW license or LCPC. Required • Current license from the State of Illinois. Required • Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
