Work schedule: 100% FTE, 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, alternating weekends. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State. In lieu of a BSN, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 2 years of relevant equivalent experience will be accepted. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications • Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. Required • Care Management certification.
