• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions. • Utilize various channels to attract, source, and screen potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience for both candidates and interviewers. • Negotiate offers and manage the offer approval process, addressing candidate questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. • Design and implement efficient onboarding processes, including orientation programs, to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly. • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant platforms. • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. • 6-8 years of experience in the HR industry with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
