Responsible for ensuring adherence to approved plans and safety protocols, the Manager directs drilling, blasting, and coal seam removal activities, guiding shift leaders to meet production targets. Collaborating closely with colliery engineers, they facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and preparatory works, while also managing equipment maintenance and contractor relations. The Manager plays a pivotal role in driving productivity, cost reduction, and safety enhancement measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and DGMS standards. Assistant Manager - Mine Ops Operational Oversight: Direct overall mining operations, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring of techniques and methods. Ensure efficient resource planning to optimize productivity and meet production targets. Strategic Planning and Resource Allocation: Develop and execute strategic plans for effective resource allocation, aligning with production goals. Optimize equipment operations and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
