Job description Job Opening: India Analyst, Talent Acquisition Location: Indore Experience Required: 1 to 3 years We are hiring for an India Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in India. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. • Actively seeking out a large pool of IT candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to quickly fill numerous open positions. • Efficiently reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to identify qualified candidates that meet the necessary IT skills and experience for bulk hiring needs. • Handle bulk hiring, campus hiring, and internal job postings (IJP), Sourcing. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and other sourcing channels. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates for job fit and cultural alignment. • Maintain recruitment data and reports for tracking and analysis. • Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
