Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. • Typically, 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. • Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred. • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis, project management, and budget planning. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of industry-standard tools and software for operations management.
