We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting team. This role location is Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAV calculations in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment • Act as the primary point of contact with Client for discussions on KPI’s, new product launches, regulatory changes, escalations and overall governance of service delivery • Monitor KPI’s and ensure that all ongoing client and internal deliverables are completed in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures • Drive team initiatives to support change and improvements in alignment with the firm's strategy • Manage performance within the team and conduct performance reviews for direct reports • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on projects focused on process improvement, regulatory changes, and more • Effectively convey critical updates to Senior Management and streamline the dissemination of information from leadership to the team To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7-10 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in management preferred • Experience in fund accounting and client relationship management • Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred • Proven people leadership skills with ability to recruit, develop, and motivate teams • Excellent communication skills • Capable of challenging the status quo and driving team improvements At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here’s a few of our recent awards: • America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 • World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 • “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
