Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in all public areas of the property. • Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, restrooms, pool area, floors, windows, walls, stairs and elevators as well as vacuuming all floors • Responsible for cleaning public areas, TMDR, hallways, and casino floor and any other requested areas • Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision. • Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture. • Performs other job related duties as assigned. • Experience operating a vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, dumpster, floor scrubber, and hand tools • Able to safely use chemicals and personal protective equipment for cleaning • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive or confined environment • High School diploma or equivalent ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending and walking • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. • May be subject to smoking environment, moderate noise, and bright lights GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
