Position Overview The AI Solutions Strategist will lead client engagements from discovery through implementation and adoption. This individual will work directly with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, define solution strategies, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure successful delivery against project commitments. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong project execution skills, and hands-on familiarity with AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead structured discovery sessions to identify business needs and define prioritized AI initiatives within project scope. • Translate client objectives into clearly defined solution plans and deliverables prior to execution. • Collaborate closely with engineering teams during prototyping and implementation phases. • Analyze operational workflows to uncover automation and AI optimization opportunities. • Design and recommend AI-enabled process improvements. • Manage project timelines and ensure delivery meets quality standards and client expectations. • Support client training and adoption to ensure long-term success of implemented solutions. • Track progress, utilization, and deliverables within project management systems. • Gather feedback and iterate on solutions to continuously improve outcomes.
