Description: • Develop and expand middle market commercial banking relationships throughout West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, and surrounding South Florida markets. • Build a portfolio of privately held companies, owner-operated businesses, professional firms, and growth-oriented commercial clients. • Generate new business through COI relationships, direct prospecting, referrals, market visibility, and disciplined pipeline management. • Structure C&I loans, working-capital lines, term loans, owner-occupied real estate financing, and other commercial credit solutions. • Grow deposit relationships and identify treasury management opportunities. • Evaluate financial statements, cash flow, business performance, collateral, ownership strength, and credit risk. • Collaborate with credit, underwriting, treasury, portfolio management, and local leadership to advance client opportunities. • Advise clients on growth, liquidity, capital needs, treasury strategy, and appropriate banking solutions. • Represent the organization professionally within the Palm Beach business community.
