We are seeking organized, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Remote Planning Specialists. This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys researching options, coordinating details, communicating with clients, and helping others create well-organized experiences. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable managing responsibilities independently while having access to training and support. As a Remote Planning Specialist, you will work directly with clients to identify their preferences, priorities, schedules, budgets, and overall needs. You will research suitable options using online resources and available systems, compare choices, organize information, and provide personalized recommendations. You will also assist clients with arrangements and provide continued communication and support throughout the planning process. Day-to-day responsibilities may include responding to new inquiries, scheduling consultations, gathering client information, researching and comparing available options, preparing customized recommendations, assisting with reservations, reviewing confirmation details for accuracy, maintaining organized client records, communicating important updates, and following up with clients regarding upcoming arrangements. You may also answer general questions, provide helpful information, and assist clients when adjustments are needed. No previous industry experience is necessary. Training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided to help you learn the tools, systems, and processes used in the role. Individuals who are coachable, dependable, and willing to continue developing their skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, basic computer and internet skills, reliable internet access, and the ability to manage their time effectively. You should be comfortable communicating through phone, email, text, and virtual platforms. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing responsive, professional client service are also important. This remote opportunity provides flexibility while allowing you to develop valuable client service, research, planning, communication, organizational, and business skills in a supportive environment.
