• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and testing protocols.
We are seeking individuals that have:
• Experience in construction, carpentry, framing, welding, mechanics, maintenance, fabrication, related trades or Mechanical Assembly.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools in a professional environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, or construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn specialized testing procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse, laboratory, or industrial environment
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed footwear.
While this is a temporary position, should the role convert to a longer term need, Brighton offers employees comprehensive benefits, including access to multiple medical plans, dental, life insurance, a 401k retirement plan and PTO after a qualifying period. If you're a hands-on professional who enjoys building, problem-solving, and working in a technical environment, we'd like to hear from you.
