Carry out duties in a manner that is consistent with William Rainey Harper College's philosophy in regard to athletics and education. Volunteer coaches are subject to all harper College employee policies and procedures. Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of coaching secondary or post secondary athletics preferred.
