• Develop 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation. • Create repair procedures, work instructions, and engineering specifications. • Evaluate damaged components and recommend appropriate repair methodologies. • Support repair technologies including welding, hardfacing, thermal spray coatings, machining, and surface treatments. • Conduct failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Improve component reliability, repairability, and lifecycle cost performance. • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field Operations teams. • Maintain engineering documentation within Windchill and applicable PDM systems. • Support supplier qualification, manufacturing reviews, and field investigations. Education • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience • 6–8+ years in Mechanical, Repair, Manufacturing, or Sustaining Engineering within Oil & Gas. • Experience with Drilling Services, Wireline Services, or Downhole Tools preferred. • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design, GD&T, Engineering Materials, Manufacturing Processes, and DFM principles.
