Responsible for ensuring complete and timely resolution of Client Service issues. Acts as a liaison between the client and the IT department. Responsible for managing the Client Services ticket queue and assigning tickets to PC Tech I's and IT Associates as appropriate Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years of previous work related experience plus three to six months of on the job training and orientation. CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician) certification preferred.
