About the Role As an RN at Ingalls, you'll coordinate and deliver direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice, working alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary care team. You'll serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and leader while helping shape a culture of excellence in patient care.
