Diploma or GED • Upon hire: National Phlebotomy Technician - National Organization or, • Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification or, • Upon hire: National Laboratory Tech - United States Government or, • Upon hire: National Emergency Medical Technician - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians or, • Upon hire: Alaska Alaska Emergency Medical Technician License - State of Alaska Department of Health Preferred Qualifications: • Phlebotomy experience.
