Required Qualifications: • PharmD in Pharmacy or • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy. • Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered Preferred Qualifications: • Acute Care Hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience. • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
