Required Qualifications: • 1 year customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Coursework/Training: Two years of community college/business school training. • Coursework/Training: Additional course work in business or health care related subjects. • 1 year experience working in a medical setting. • Physician group practice. • Experience with electronic medical record.
