Nurse Manager- Home Infusion Pharmacy- Portland, Oregon Schedule- Full Time/ Days Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home. Determines staffing needs. Assigns staffing and is responsible for meeting productivity and staffing continuity standards. Participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or healthcare related field or equivalent educ/experience. • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
