We’re seeking a talented Controller - Operations Finance Manager to join our team specializing in Finance for our York, SC Cummins location. To be successful in this role you will need the following:         • Lead Plant Financial Performance: Serve as the finance leader for the York, SC and Manning, SC manufacturing sites, providing financial guidance and insights that support operational and business objectives. • Build Strong Partnerships and Influence Decisions: Collaborate closely with plant leadership and the North America Accounting team to achieve strategic goals, support month-end close activities, and ensure sound financial decision-making. • Maintain Financial Controls and Compliance: Establish and sustain a strong control environment by ensuring accurate financial reporting, conducting balance sheet reviews, and driving accountability across both sites. • Develop Talent and Support Growth: Coach and develop a team of four direct reports while providing financial analysis and support for Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems strategic initiatives that drive business performance and continuous improvement. Education, Licenses, Certifications:  College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification required.  Experience:  Significant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience in a small operations manufacturing or distribution center environment. • Responsible for the maintaining a strong control environment at York, SC and Manning, SC manufacturing sites • Partners with plant leadership to ensure goals and strategic objectives are met • Partners with NA Accounting team on closing the books and balance sheet reviews • Supports CDBS strategic initiatives with financial data and analysis as requested • Responsible for coaching and developing 4 direct reports
